I have a used 2019 equinox because of the experience I have with Chevy repair service I only take it to that particular repair shop. I was surprised when I took my equinox to the service station it was just a hose that was loose. I didn't know that but the repair shop did not charge me I think that was very honest and honorable to do. Because of that I will only take it to Major world repair shop. They are fast and efficient and very knowledgeable and the staff is very knowledgeable. I will recommend major world to all my friends. Thank you

They have no consideration or appreciation for returning customers. This was my second car with them, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it felt like their only priority was to make a sale, not to make sure I understood what I was signing or that I was taken care of as a loyal customer. They rushed through the entire process. They did not explain my numbers, my options, or the breakdown of the contract. Every time I asked questions, I felt like they brushed it off or acted like it didn’t matter. It was clear they just wanted me to sign the paperwork quickly, without taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable or informed. What really upset me was the complete lack of incentives or support, even though I was buying another car from them. On the same day I purchased my new car, I had to pay out of pocket to repair the old car I was trading in. As a returning customer, I should’ve been credited for that service, or at least offered some type of discount or consideration. Instead, I was treated like any random walk-in, not someone who has already spent money with them. Overall, the experience felt unfair, rushed, and inconsiderate. They showed no loyalty, no appreciation, and no transparency. I would think twice before ever purchasing from them again.

Let me first say the person I dealt with on Tuesday was wonderful I was able to have my car service go over whatever tiny issues they might’ve been and everything was done. No the issue. I’ve been having since September 12, 2024 when I first met with Sasha.my headlamps got squeezed and was pushed in, when I went to figure out what can be done to have it repaired. The person that serve me that day was Sasha and he instructed me that the whole bumper has to be replaced and not just the headlamps which, ‘by the way was not broken or damaged it was just pushed in’ it’s because the area for the headlight has a bracket that it should fit in that’s broken, and because of that the light would not fit and be sealed to prevent moisture from getting in . The total bumper has to be replaced so that it is properly sealed so moisture does not get in, which could affect the car electronics and because the car is so new there is no parts readily available and he would have to order the bumper. I then ask what it would cost.He gave me a total of $2773.77, and requested a deposit of half in order to order the parts, I gave him $1499.73, I was told by Sasha the part is going to be ordered and I will be called when when it arrives, I had tochecked many times to see if it did arrive never received a call from Sasha, I even had service done at least two times between September 12, 2024, and September 2025 and was never told was never called. I called in September 2025 to schedule service for the normal oil filter, etc. upon completion of the service that day Sasha hand made the receipt when I asked what is the cost. He said to me don’t worry the money I had there to take care of it. My reply was what was so wrong with the car that it cost 1400 and some dollars that’s when he reply and said oh by the way I installed the headlamp, my replied, then was I didn’t know you had the headlamps much more for it to be installed I ask him to walk to the front of the car with me to see what was done. remember, he said the headlamp could not be replaced in the bumper that was on my car and that I had to order a new one because the bracket was broken. How come now you install a new light in the bumper that you said the bracket was broken in it’s mind-boggling plus the lights were not sealed as he said before, they ought to be to prevent moisture. I pointed that out to him. The bumper was not flush with the other side of the car because it was not replaced as he said it should be, upon pointin those out, he said that’s the best they can do. My reply was you are kidding me!!! You are the Chevrolet Service Center and this is the kind of shady job you’re giving me and telling me that’s the best you can do. I then said that is not acceptable and I need to have my bumper and lights replaced the correct way as was told by you, so please order my bumper and please let me know when it arrives and I will return to have the service that I’ve been quoted and is paying for, he then agreed to do so, i left. I have never heard a word from Sasha ever until Tuesday, January 12, 2026 when I went to have service at which time I asked to speak to a supervisor because I have not gotten a call or any other communication from Sasha and I felt that I was being strong along for no good reason and I think it’s about ample time that the matter be resolved. if you remember it started September 12, 2024 and tell me all is well and I’m like all is well yeah I said why oh he put the headlamp in I said, but you didn’t inform methe headlamp came in or even the bumper no you’re telling me you put the headlamp in. Let’s were going led. I bring it to his attention and reminded him of what he said to me at the beginning of our transaction that the light has to be sealed. It was not sealed nothing fit properly when I bring it to his attention his words to me that’s the best they can do and I’m like that’s not what you said to me then he said to me oh he’s going to order it and get back to me that was 2025. I haven’t heard a word from Sasha up till when I went there Tuesday, which was January 12, 2026 at which time I asked to speak to a supervisor because I felt like I was being given the runaround as of today’s date January 18, 2025. The problem still is not resolved.I am supposed to take the car into them on this Monday, January 19 if they’re open and I’m expecting to have it resolved now, I said that to say, even after t the price I was quoted and already gave a down payment and was not done for no reason of mines but reasons of Sasha’s not being honest diligent and forthcoming with what is to be done. I I feel like I am being taken advantage of because there was nothing to do on my part. Why the work was not done. I gave a deposit as was required and was waiting on Sasha to inform me going forward, which he never did until I returned January 12 and asked to speak to the supervisor, who was not very kind either on, now they’re asking me to pay more money for something I have no control over in terms of ordering the parts and getting the repairs done. I think it’s dishonest and not business like that number one Sasha didn’t call me or say anything to me after my deposit for almost two years, but when I went to have service done,sneak the headlight in, which I think was not even ordered. It was the very headlight of mine. That was there he somewhat got in place saying that again Sasha is not a good representation ofChevrolet Service Center My thoughts about him is being a very dishonest disloyal representative. I am a driver of a Chevy TRAX, bought Chevrolet at the end of 2022. Now it makes it difficult to trust the service that is being rendered.
